The motive for the development of history is not evil. The prosperity of evil rolls back history. It is only when evil is overcome and good flourishes that this segment of history gets a push to develop, this applies to both the individual and the family or nation.

Where, then, is the standard that defines good and evil within an individual? A good person will say, “All I need is to live according to my conscience. If I don’t feel remorseful, I have nothing to worry about.”

But is human conscience the same? We must admit that it is not. Just as people’s faces differ, everyone’s conscience is at a different level. One person has a conscience at the top, another has a conscience at the bottom. That is, even conscience is difficult to rely on, conscience is a moot point. And although everyone wants to become good, not everyone knows what it means. Why do we strive to be good, and what should we do to achieve this?

Mathematics has consistency: one plus one equals two, add three and get five. This works flawlessly regardless of time or historical constraints. But having said about a person that “he is conscientious”, what do we rely on? Big question. How high or low are the criteria on which his conscience rests? Perhaps these criteria go beyond the usual framework, and perhaps not.

The border between good and evil is difficult to distinguish, but generates a world-class result. The question is serious: one small deviation and we have good in front of us, a deviation in the other direction is evil. This situation is a certain pinnacle representing history.

Therefore, there must be an absolute, indisputable standard, to which nothing can be added or subtracted in the slightest degree. In other words, for the progress of the individual, the family, the nation and the world, there must be a certain right path.
