People often throw away what must not be thrown away and waste what must not be wasted. We need to find ways to save money for the well-being of the country and the world, no matter what it takes. We must find ways to save and manage our finances more wisely.

It is important to be diligent and thrifty. This means making wise use of all resources (material, position in the hierarchy) and being frugal with them. It is also necessary to use time frugally, that is, the right balance between work and personal matters is important.

In our world, people in leadership positions often use it inappropriately. Instead of using resources for the common good, they use them for personal gain. It is important to be able to be independent of the position and, if necessary, find the strength to leave it.

It is important for a wise leader to appoint a progressive successor in time, rather than struggle to hold on to their chair and surround themselves with less capable employees, hindering the development of the organization.
