What kind of person is a true leader? He is able to handle any difficult situation. Neither hunger nor suffering can lead him astray. Although he has to endure tragedies and shed bitter tears, he does not even think about turning back.
Will anyone respect a leader who lives in the present and does not think about the future? A true leader always has a vision for the future and encourages people to be patient in the present for the sake of the future.
An egocentric person cannot lead people. Even if he graduated from a university or became a professor, it does not matter. The leader must be focused on serving the highest good and qualified in all areas. A leader whose life is self-centered displeases people and encourages them to disobey heavenly laws. People who live for the common good should be an example in everything: in work, in their speech and in behavior. Then people will respect them and naturally recognize their seniority.
